We currently offer PLA and PETG in six colors each. PLA is great for prototypes and display models, while PETG offers better strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance for functional parts.

We offer three layer height options: 0.12mm (ultra fine), 0.20mm (standard), and 0.28mm (draft). Our industrial-grade printers maintain tight tolerances of ±0.2mm for dimensional accuracy.

We offer six curated colors that cover most needs. For custom colors or specialty finishes, contact us to discuss your requirements. We can source specific filaments for larger orders.

We can print parts up to 300 x 300 x 300 mm in a single piece. Larger designs can be split and bonded together - just mention this in your order notes.

Standard orders ship within 2-4 business days. Rush processing moves your order to the front of the queue and ships within 24 hours (business days). Complex or large prints may take longer.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. International shipping is available for orders over $100 - contact us for a quote. All shipments include tracking.

Parts are carefully wrapped in protective material and shipped in sturdy boxes. Fragile or complex prints receive extra padding. We take care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition.

Yes! You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also check order status anytime using the order ID from your confirmation email.

We currently accept STL files up to 50MB. STL is the industry standard for 3D printing and is supported by all major CAD software. Make sure your model is watertight (manifold) for best results.

Yes! Upload each part separately and mention the assembly in your order notes. We can print parts in different colors or materials and package them together.

Our system checks for common issues during upload. If we detect problems (non-manifold geometry, etc.), we'll notify you. For complex issues, our team can often repair files for a small fee.

While we don't offer full design services, we can provide feedback on printability and suggest modifications to improve print success. Contact us for design consultation.
